Ghanaian award-winning senior leader, philanthropist,
entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and TV personality, Dr. Kofi Osei-Kusi has been recognized
among Africa's Most 100 Change Makers 2023.
With a rich tapestry of experience spanning over 25 years
across corporate, educational, and non-profit sectors, his influence extends
beyond borders. In December 2023, he was honored as one of Ghana's 100 Most
Influential People at the esteemed 100 Most Influential People in Ghana Awards,
presented by the African Chamber for Trade and the Business Executive Magazine.
Dr. Osei-Kusi's commitment to excellence and service is
evident in his numerous accolades, including the Foundation Philanthropist of
the Year 2017 award at the National Philanthropy Awards in Ghana, and the
prestigious SME Ghana High Impact Personality Award in 2016.
Additionally, he has been honored with the African Youth
Special Recognitions Award in 2016 and recognized as the Young Professional
Role Model by the Young Professionals and Youth Coalition of Ghana (YPYC) in
2015.
Dr. Osei-Kusi serves as President and Co-founder of the
Pan-African Leadership Institute, spearheading executive education initiatives
that have impacted individuals from over 42 countries across 5 continents. He
is also the Executive President of the Osei-Kusi Foundation, where he provides
educational scholarships to young people living with disabilities in Ghana.
With a passion for empowerment, Dr. Osei-Kusi hosts the
inspirational TV show "Wisdom for Transformation" on Lifestyle
Television in Ghana, reaching audiences with messages of personal development
and growth. He is also a prolific author, with 18 books on personal
development, including titles such as “10 Quality Decisions Every Young Person
Must Make” and “The Power of Self-Confidence”.
