She holds esteemed positions such as the endowed chair of educational technologies at Africa University in Zimbabwe and serves on various advisory boards, including the Advisory Council for Online Learning of Africa University.

Additionally, Bolo actively mentors through platforms like the UNOOSA Space4women Network and serves as an ambassador for the International Academy of Space Law and the Africa Space Tourism Society in Botswana.
