Mrs Hajia Alima Sagito-Saeed is the Executive Director of Savannah Women Integrated Development Agency at Northen Region, Tamale.
She is an advocate of women and girls rights and empowerment.

- Advocacy for women access and have Secured as much over 200 hectares of land for women in agriculture to do conservative agriculture.
- Facilitated and guided as many as 88 communities in the Northern region to access water and sanitation facilities to support women’s practical needs for the WASH services.
- Have formed and still supporting as many as 148 Village Savings and Loans Associations (30 women per groups). These women together are able to save as much as GHS450.000.00 per annual for reinvestment in their livelihood activities
- Trained over 200 women leaders on Climate Justice Solutions to sustain their agricultural activities as livelihood interventions
- Facilitated the formation of Women in Agriculture Development Platforms for Learning in 20 communities and leaders trained as Agriculture Extension Volunteers.
